Hussein : KOC maintains its leadership in IT
A Video Conference between the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and the Kuwait Oil Company was recently launched following a video teleconference between KPC CEO, Saad Al-Shuwaib, at the Oil Complex in Shuwaikh and KOC DC & DMD (Planning & Gas), Muhammad Hussein, at the Burgan Hall in Ahmadi.
Al-Shuwaib hailed this giant step, and expressed optimism that it will be replicated in all oil companies, considering the fact that the system saves time, effort, and eliminates physical travel and associated road risks.
For his part, Hussein underscored the importance of this achievement, saying that it affirms the Company’s leadership in employing state-of-the-art technologies, particularly with regards to telecommunications. He added that the latest technologies enable employees to make use of time and improve performance, and commended the IT as well as the Commercial Affairs Groups personnel who were behind this accomplishment.
