Kuwait Oil Company is participating as a platinum sponsor in the 9th Middle East Geosciences Conference and Exhibition - GEO 2010, taking place in the Kingdom of Bahrain between the 7th and 10th of  March 2010 with the theme “Innovative Geoscience Solutions – Meeting Hydrocarbon Demand in Changing Times”.

 

The KOC delegation is headed by the C&MD Mr. Sami Fahed Al-Rushaid and includes DMD for Exploration and Production Development Mr. Khaled Al-Sumaiti, who is participating as a keynote speaker, and DMD South & East Kuwait Mr. Hashem Hashem, member of the Executive Committee organizing the event, in addition to other KOC employees representing different teams and levels.

 

KOC is participating with over 40 technical papers and 15 technical posters covering a number of topics related to geology and reservoir development.
