KOC recently organized a meeting for the CMK Sourcing & Recruiting Team at KPC, which covered the responsibilities, job tasks, administrative procedures, and applied practices of the CMK Strategy and Monitoring Team of the Contract Manpower Kuwaitization Group at KOC.
The aim of the meeting was to provide information to leaders and officials from the Contract Manpower Kuwaitization Teams at both KPC & KOC. Eight individuals, including three from KPC and five from KOC, attended the meeting.
During her opening speech, Team Leader CMK Strategy & Monitoring Hanan Ashkanani defined the responsibilities of the Contract Manpower Kuwaitization Group, its roles, and its organizational structure. She also spoke about the importance of unity and cooperation in the oil sector and Kuwait in general, which is a requisite toward achieving Kuwaitization.
Meanwhile, Fahad Bouresli, also from the CMK Strategy & Monitoring Team, delivered a presentation which focused on the Team's work procedures and functional roles and responsibilities in order to further introduce the Team, promote cooperation, and strengthen relations.
At the end of the event, Ashkanani presented a token of appreciation to Sawsan Bouresli, Team Leader CMK Sourcing & Recruiting at KPC.
