Mr. Bader Ahmad Al-Munaifi, DCEO (Gas & Innovation), and acting (DCEO Major Projects & Technical Services), presided over a meeting to review the performance of the MP & TS Directorate for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2023/2024, at the Company's Main Office in Ahmadi.
Group Managers, Team Leaders as well as relevant staff from the Directorate attended the meeting which was organized by the Planning & Support Team.
At the beginning of the meeting, senior environmentalist engineer in the Soil Remediation Support Team, Ms. Aisha Al-Barood, gave a detailed presentation on the first volume of the book "KOC -KERP JOURNEY", which details the Company's efforts in rehabilitating the soil in its areas of operations.
Then, specialized employees delivered a joint presentation highlighting the Directorate's quarterly results in the areas of quality, health, safety and environment.
The achievements of the Directorate in the first quarter of the fiscal year and the constraints encountered in some projects were reviewed. The meeting included extensive discussions on several points of concern, the most prominent challenges and priorities in the Directorate, and ways to find realistic solutions to them, in a way that achieves the strategic objectives of the Company.
In conclusion, Al-Munaifi underlined the need to take care of the new recruits in the Directorate, develop their competencies and give them the opportunity to upgrade their scientific and practical level.
