Based on the principle of maintaining the development of the human element, and under the guidance of DCEO Gas & Environment Ameena Rajab, the Directorate's Planning Team, in cooperation with the Design Team of the Project Management & Engineering Directorate, held a number of introductory sessions for UD employees.
The sessions were held at the UD employee training center in the Company's office complex in the Greater Burgan field – South & East Kuwait, over a period of two days. They were attended by 50 UD employees, and included introducing them to the oil sector and K-companies, with a focus on KOC's role, its strategic goals, and challenges it faces.
