The Operational Technical Personnel Development Team organized training courses for up to 164 employees who were promoted to new technical positions, from different Teams in the Company; including the Production Operations, Water Handling, and Operational Laboratories Teams.
Over the period that these courses were held, trainers from the Personnel Development Team prepared the trainees and qualified them technically and professionally through visual explanations, video presentations, and field and practical training in oil facilities. Through these courses, they were trained on how to deal with exceptional circumstances and solve problems facing facilities quickly and optimally, while maintaining the safety of employees and the facility itself, and not disrupting the workflow and oil production.
At the launch of the courses, TL of the organizing Team, Engineer Riyad Al-Anezi, toured the training halls, where he congratulated the employees on their promotions. He also gave an introductory lecture on the importance of preserving the human element and the facilities the trainees handle.
Al-Anezi urged employees to exert further efforts to serve the Company in their various locations.
The duration of these specialized training courses ranged from two to 16 weeks, depending on the specialization. They aimed to ensure the quality of the training, especially since the Team is keen to continuously monitor the development of the trainees to ensure that they achieve the highest standards of professional competence.
