Drilling Group (N&WK) Conducts Start-Up Training Session for New Contractors

The Drilling Group (N&WK) conducted a Start-Up Training session to welcome and guide new drilling contractors.

The event was inaugurated by Manager Drilling Group (N&WK) Hadi Al-Ajmi at BHDC Yard, along with Team Leaders Drilling IV & V (Ali Al-Khaldi and Jumaa Bashir). The session was supported by KOC Senior Engineers Yousef Al-Shammari and Yousef Al-Asfoor, and rig site teams, including contractor representatives.

The session focused primarily on compliance with the HSE Management System. The HSE Team (N&WK) provided an overview of the system and operational procedures to ensure a safe and effective start for all participants.

The objective of the event was to align new contractors with KOC's operational and safety standards, build collaboration, and promote a culture of excellence.​
