Under the patronage of DCEO Commercial & Corporate Services Musaed Al-Rasheed, KOC hosted the first K-Fire event, which coincided with Kuwait's November 6 celebration on the occasion of extinguishing the last burning oil well.
The event was attended by several concerned Group Managers and Team Leaders from KOC, KNPC, and KIPIC, headed by Manager Security & Fire Group at KOC Saif Al-Rasheedi, along with representatives from the Ministry of Oil.
The event opened with a welcoming speech from TL Fire (Support Services) Ali Kankoni, followed by demonstrating the simulation at the Burgan Fire Training Center. It was attended by members of the three companies, with the aim of confirming the oil sector's readiness to prevent loss of life and assets, and supporting the oil sector's 2040 Strategy.
The event was also attended by several KOC Team Leaders, including TL Fire (N&WK) Fahad Al-Qattan, TL Fire (S&EK) Shujaa Al-Otaibi, and TL Organization Resilience Nasser Al-Buhairi.
