Under the patronage and with the presence of DCEO Innovation and Gas, Bader Al-Munaifi, the Seventh TCL Technical Competency Ladder Workshop for the Gas Fields Development Group was held, in partnership with Shell.
The event, which was held at the Union Center in Ahmadi, was attended by Manager Gas Fields Development Group, Moudhi Al-Ajmi, and Shell Contracts Manager for Jurassic Gas, Peter Jensen.
In his speech at the beginning of the event, Al-Munaifi welcomed the attendees, praising the training, capability development, and achievements witnessed by the gas sector in the Company, especially in terms of developing Kuwaiti talents.
Al-Munaifi added that through its partnership with Shell, the Directorate was able to bring international and industrial best practices in the field of conventional and non-conventional reservoirs to the Kuwait Oil Company, and to apply these practices in the face of new challenges.
As Al-Ajmi spoke, she emphasized the uniqueness of the gas assets in North Kuwait, and the amazing growth it witnessed over the years thanks to the absolute commitment of all stakeholders.
This was followed by the signing of the Leadership Pledge, various presentations by the Group's employees, as well as several activities in context.
