The organizing committee of the Kuwait Oil & Gas Show and Conference (KOGS 2026) held its preparatory coordination meeting as part of ongoing preparations for the highly anticipated event, scheduled to take place in February 2026.
The meeting was chaired by KOC CEO Ahmad Jaber Al-Eidan, and attended by several senior officials from both local and international oil companies, as well as representatives from the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
The meeting discussed the organizational and logistical aspects of the conference, reviewed its scientific themes, and outlined the media and marketing plans. It also addressed mechanisms for cooperation with partners from various entities, with the aim of strengthening regional and international participation in the event.
This event, hosted by Kuwait Oil Company, is considered one of the most prominent in the oil and gas sector in the region. It combines both an exhibition and a technical conference, attracting a distinguished group of experts and industry leaders to discuss the latest developments and innovations in energy, sustainability, and modern upstream technologies
