Launching the implementation phase of the local content initiative for the oil sector

​The Kuwait Oil Company launched the implementation phase of the Local Content Initiative for the oil sector in terms of designing and creating a unified system to monitor and measure the performance of local content. This is one of the local content initiatives of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, which falls under the leadership of the Kuwait Oil Company.

 The meeting was attended by representatives of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and all its oil companies, and was inaugurated by Team Leader Studies & Strategic Supply Yousef Al-Dewaila, whose Team is in charge of implementing the initiative.

The meeting witnessed a visual presentation of the initiative presented by Dana Al-Qadiri, Senior Strategy Engineer (Contracts and Procurement), in which she discussed how the initiative is being implemented in the oil companies.
