Under the auspices of DCEO Administration Qusai Al-Amer, the Career Development & Planning Team from the Training & Career Development Group recently organized the 6th Competency Development Unit Forum under the theme of “Together We Learn.” The aim of the event was to discuss training and personal development plans for KOC employees. Members of the Company’s Competency Development Units attended the forum.
In his opening remarks, the DCEO welcomed the participants, commended the organizers, and said that it was his wish for all KOC employees who were present at the forum to learn something new in terms of training and personal development. He then presented tokens of appreciation to the event’s speakers and distinguished participants.
During the event, KPC Senior Analyst Shaima Al-Ajlan delivered a presentation titled “Return on Expectations.” In addition, KPC Senior Specialist Terje Tonsberg delivered a presentation titled “PDP Cycle, TNA and Future of ULMS.” CDU members then delivered presentations which discussed best practices.
The CDU Forum is an annual event that is organized by KOC in September. It was previously organized as an event for the entire oil sector before becoming a company-wide event.
