As part of an effort to align the State of Kuwait’s production target
roadmap with the oil sector’s execution plans, the Innovation Excellence
Committee recently held its 10th meeting, which aimed to clarify and
define the innovative work initiatives which are required for the K-Companies.
The meeting was held under the patronage of KOC DCEO Gas &
Innovation Bader Al-Munaifi, who chairs the Committee which consists of 20
members representing KPC and its subsidiaries.
During the meeting, participants upheld the importance of strategic
alignment between the K-Companies on matters pertaining to cooperation,
collaboration, and the creation of a work culture which fosters innovation.
The committee was established as part of KPC’s 2040 Strategic
Directive, which aims to support the oil sector’s innovation strategy and
develop a core culture of innovation across the K-Companies.
