Kuwait Oil Company has completed the preparation of the building that will house medical and nursing staff, as well as other employees in the Kuwait Field Hospital, which was recently set up in Mishrif. This was done in cooperation with the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and the Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC).
This project comes within the framework of continuing to support the efforts of state institutions, especially the Ministry of Health, including preparing the field hospital that the Company took charge of building based on the directives of the Council of Ministers, and then handed over to the Ministry for it to receive patients infected with the novel Corona virus. The two companies have prepared the building with all the necessary supplies and services, ensuring the best specifications and the highest standards.
The building includes 62 chalets and two large barns for services and catering, and it is intended to accommodate about 50 doctors and 100 nurses, while the number of deployed staff includes around 60 workers with various specialties.
