The KOC has completed the works in Hall No. 8, which is part of the
Kuwait Field Hospital’s facilities, in cooperation with KIPIC. The oil sector
has been in charge of constructing the Hospital in the Kuwait International
Fair in Mishref.
The Ministry of Health has handed over the aforementioned Hall, from the
project which constitutes an integrated health city that supports the State’s
efforts to fight the Corona virus pandemic.
It is worth noting that the Hall has a capacity of 373 beds, and that
its civil, electrical, and information technology functions, as well as its
ventilation system have been completed. It is also equipped with medical beds,
a medical gas supply system, modern medical equipment, and backup generators,
all delivered to the Ministry within three weeks.
