Under the patronage and presence of DCEO Commercial & Corporate Services Abdul Wahab Al-Mithin, the 4th International Association for Contract & Commercial Management (IACCM) Conference was held recently at the Ahmad Al-Jaber Oil & Gas Exhibition. The Contracts Team organized the event, which was held in collaboration with IACCM.

 A number of K-Company Contract Group Managers attended the event, in addition to representatives from local, regional and international companies. A number of KOC employees from the Contracts Group and other invitees attended.

In a statement he made at the beginning of the conference, the DCEO expressed his satisfaction with the extensive participation of Kuwait’s oil sector professionals at the event. He maintained that KOC aims to promote professionalism throughout all areas of its operations, and he highlighted the need to develop new ideas and encourage innovation in order to address all challenges faced by the oil and gas industry, which he said will help create a new environment for business development.

Meanwhile, Contracts Group Manager Aisha Al-Sulaili and the Supplier Relationship Management Team Leader delivered their own remarks. Participants at the conference discussed a number of contract management-related topics, where specialized experts delivered a number of distinguished presentations.
