KOC CEO Hashem Hashem and CEOs from a number of other K-Companies recently signed Kuwait oil sector’s Learning and Development Strategy that is related to the unification of the training skills at KPC and its subsidiaries. The event was held under the auspices of KPC CEO Nizar Al-Adsani.
In a statement he made on the occasion, Al-Adsani congratulated K-Company employees on the signing of the strategy and upheld his belief that the human element remains the sector’s most valuable asset and the real reason for success.
The KPC CEO maintained that the strategy comes within the framework of a determination to create a better work environment that enables employees to promote their skills and consolidate their say and responsibility in the advancement of their careers.
Meanwhile, CEO Hashem Hashem congratulated KOC employees on the launch of the strategy and underlined the fact that the Company will provide them with all the means to achieve its goals.
