Travelling to a different time zone


                      Make sure jet lag doesn’t interfere with your usual doses, set an alarm to help you

                       remember your doses.
                      Medication should be taken according to the time according to your last dose, not


                       the local time of the day in your destination.






                                                           Nausea & vomiting




                      In simple cases of nausea, ginger and chamomile tea may help.

                      Eat a light snack, like saltine crackers or apples, and avoid heavy,

                       greasy, or acidic foods.

                      Sips of cold water or a carbonated drink may also help.
                      If vomiting didn’t stop after three days, or it was accompanied by fever,


                       immediately seek a doctor.
