Travelling to a different time zone
Make sure jet lag doesn’t interfere with your usual doses, set an alarm to help you
remember your doses.
Medication should be taken according to the time according to your last dose, not
the local time of the day in your destination.
Nausea & vomiting
In simple cases of nausea, ginger and chamomile tea may help.
Eat a light snack, like saltine crackers or apples, and avoid heavy,
greasy, or acidic foods.
Sips of cold water or a carbonated drink may also help.
If vomiting didn’t stop after three days, or it was accompanied by fever,
immediately seek a doctor.
