Pain Management during your travel



                         Naturally during your travel, you may suffer from pain in your body due to airplane

                         chairs or lack of rest.



                             Always wear comfortable shoes to avoid pain in your back, knees, and

                             feet.



                             Try to stretch and perform light exercise in your hotel room before you
                             go to bed.


                             After consulting your doctor, you may use pain killer medications to reduce the

                             pain or muscle relaxants.


               For example:

                   Paracetamol (for pain relief)

                   Orphenadrine/Paracetamol tablets or capsules (muscle relaxant)

                   Diclofenac gel (for pain relief)

                   Diclofenac patch (for pain relief)

                   Hot or Cold patches
