In case you have food allergies:
Make sure to notify the airlines.
If you use EpiPen, always carry it in your handbag.
In case of motion sickness (Airplane or Car )
Always bring your motion sickness pills, gums, chewable tablets or patches. Take
the tablets prior to your flight.
Example of motion sickness medications are: dimenhydrinate, diphenhydramine, or
meclizine.
Make sure to follow the instructions of each medication to have an
optimum effect.
For example, for some medications you need to take the dose one hour before the flight or a road
trip. Also, for some medications you may take another dose in case of long flights or road trips.
Always ask your pharmacist or your doctor for more instructions.
