The Corporate Information Technology Group (CITG), represented by the Information Technology Services Team, organized a ceremony to mark the launch of the Marine Operations Management System (Mina Port) platform at the CITG's Auditorium.

Manager Maritime Operations Group Mr. Sami Al-Sawagh, Acting Manager, Corporate Information Technology Group Mr. Jamal Al-Enezi, a number of team leaders in both groups, in addition to a host of concerned KOC employees attended the ceremony.

Mr. Al-Sawagh initiated the ceremony with a speech in which he welcomed the attendees and expressed pride in what the port operations team and the IT Services team have achieved in developing the system, which upgrades the work in ports and enhances the skills of employees in Marine Operations Group,

Al-Enezi also delivered a similar speech in which he touched on the cooperation between the Port Operations and IT Services teams to provide state-of-the-art solution that enables the Group and KOC to compete, and achieve the desired digital transformation stated in the Company's 2040 strategy.

For his part, Team Leader Port Operations, Mr. Lafi Al-Murtaji, delivered a speech in which he underlined that the achievement represents a qualitative leap in dealing with the operations and movement of the port that accomplishes many of the aspirations of his team.

At the end of the celebration, Al-Sawagh and Al-Enezi distributed certificates of appreciation were to the participants in the completion of the platform.
