Team Leader Career Development and Planning Mr. Fahad Al-Kreidi, presided oved a brainstorming session to exchange views and ideas on the Personal Development Plan (PDP) for employees, at the Hubara Center in Ahmadi.
At the outset of the session, Mr. Al-Kreidi welcomed the participants from his team, Asset Human Resources, and members of the Competency Development Units (CDUs), and wished them success in their endeavors and achieve the desired benefit from the session.
During the session, attendees shared their views and ideas to develop guidelines for various stakeholders that will result in establishing effective Personal Development Plans.
It is noteworthy that the (PDP) provides an opportunity for the Company's employees for training and development. The supervisor, along with the employee himself, prepares the employee's (PPDP). The Career Development and Planning team manages the plan in collaboration with the Competency Development Units and Human Resources through the Unified Learning Management System (ULMS).
