KOC has entered into an agreement with KBR Consulting Company to conduct a feasibility study on renewable energy and green hydrogen.
To kick off this initiative, a coordination meeting was held between the two parties to establish a working mechanism. In attendance were, Manager Innovation & Technology Group Hamad Al-Zaabi, Team Leader Research and Technology Surface Mohammed Al-Oqab, Team Leader PMC Management Nasser Abu Taleb, Team Leader Projects Management (35) Nahed Al-Hajeri, and Chief Consultant Dr. Hussein Arab.
The feasibility study aligns with KPC's energy transformation strategy, which aims to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.
