K-Companies Conduct Employment Draw

KPC and its subsidiaries recently conducted an employment draw for recent university graduates and contractors working within the oil sector. The draw follows a recruitment announcement published by KPC which was made in 2019.

The recruitment draw was supervised by KOC Manager Contract Manpower Kuwaitization Group Adel Al-Ansari and Team Leader CMK Sourcing and Recruiting Team Jamal Al-Hashash. The draw is the first to take place since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, and those recruited included individuals with university degrees, two-year diplomas, and high school graduates.

In order to comply with strict health and social-distancing measures which have been in place since the outbreak of COVID-19, the draw was conducted through a live broadcast on KOC’s official YouTube account. The draw resulted in the recruitment of 463 graduates to positions throughout KPC and its subsidiaries.

The draw was conducted in a transparent manner, with papers containing a unique barcode for each graduate being selected randomly and displayed on a large screen which was broadcasted online for all to see.
