Induction Program for Newly Appointed University Graduates

Under the patronage and presence of KOC CEO Emad Mahmoud Sultan, a five-day induction program for newly appointed university graduates was recently organized by the Training & Career Development Group, at the Ahmed Al-Jaber Oil & Gas Exhibition.

The list of attendees included DCEO Planning & Commercial Qusai Al-Amer, Manager Public Relations & Information Group Mohammed Al-Basry, Ag. Manager Training & Career Development Group Bader Al-Hadiah, as well as a number of Team Leaders and new appointees.

In a statement he delivered at the event, the CEO welcomed the attendees before reviewing the evolution of the Company’s operations and noting the future challenges faced by KOC. According to Sultan, these challenges required the Company to rely on the human element, which he said was the most important factor necessary for KOC to successfully address future goals and targets.

The CEO also encouraged new appointees to adhere to KOC’s values and said that the exemplary conduct of all employees was critical in ensuring the future success of the Company.
