The workshop resulted in agreeing on the identification of all modern technologies that are universally used in oil and natural gas production from difficult reservoirs, and are exactly 206 technologies, knowing that 50 technologies have already been transferred from previous workshops, and were applied in oil and gas industry.
Participating departments from different KOC’s assets, mainly Deep Drilling, HSE, Well Surveillance, and Oil & gas Field Development, worked hard to harness these agreed technologies in the joint Jurassic Gas project between the two companies.
The workshop lasted three days under the supervision and presence of TL Qasim Al-Dashti, and the presence of officials from the Task Force and a number of leading experts from “Shell".
