Overview
Since the decision was made to start the health insurance scheme, a team was set to deal with the health insurance problems, claims and Health Insurance related issues.
The team started its duties on July 1st, 2010.
The team office is located in Amira court.
The team receives claims from KOC employees directly and from other K-Companies through their human resources in their company’s headquarter.
The team refer these claims to GIG for reimbursement. In case the service or treatment is excluded from Insurance coverage, the team will audit the claim as per the insurance policy guidelines.
The medical advisor provides solutions to insurance problems particularly problems related to coverage of excluded cases.
