Depending on the cases received from the wards, the Birth/Death Office issues the following notifications and forms:
To facilitate the procedure of registering the newborn who have been delivered at Ahmadi hospital, and to save the waiting time while completing the newborn registration forms, an email account has been created Birth@kockw.com
