Before establishing E'temed Office there was no standardization of Medical Report, no proper verification, no focal area and with the huge size of the new hospital it is difficult for patients to transport from one area to another. Also Difficulties in accessing the controlled area to reach departments’ secretaries. Therefore PIMC is established to be a customer-focused, easy to find, one-place Center where the patients and hospital visitors can request various services:
